On June 25^th, 2022, one set of TST portable wire rope testing equipment TS-X1142 with small accessories was arrived in Hong kong, which is the first order we provided the device to HK. With customized small accessories equipped, the TS-X1142 can inspect the wire rope diameter from 16mm-42mm. This portable device will be used for the wire rope inspection on Tower cranes, With easy-to-operate, the customer handle the operation of TST wire rope tester in very short time. From now on, they do not need to ask for other organization for regularly inspection, but finish the testing in any time for demand.

1. As the unique technology and design of our products, we don’t need other accessories for wire rope with different diameter. For example, if you inspect wire ropes with diameter 25mm and 35mm, you could choose TS-X1142 Model with no other accessories to meet your requirement.

2. The inspection report could be seen on the screen. You could get a simple inspection report on a little screen without computer.

3. We have TST software matched with our tester on computer for Windows operating system. So our wire rope inspection system could be connected with any computer or laptop. You don’t need to buy any other Signal Console.

4. Because of the user-friendly of our software, the inspection report could be understood by anyone even not a specialized NDT engineer, you do not need to ask the professional engineer to work on it.
