TST Steel Cord Conveyor Belt Tester (Mobile) – TSJ410X(M) is applied for a mobile inspection and testing of steel cord conveyor belts in the main shaft of site No.7 for a platinum exploration company. Each conveyor is ~260 meters long and in total 14 conveyors in the operation linking heads to tails. A mobile set of belt tester is suitable for this application. Sensor sets stay on each belt for 100-150 cycles (~12 hours) and move to next belt. Inspection is carried out every 3 months.
