TST Steel Cord Conveyor Belt Tester (Mobile) is used for mobile online monitoring and inspection of operating steel cord conveyor belts for cord damages/deformation/deterioration and splice damages/shift without interrupting the production. A mobile system is particular suitable for inspection companies to implement 3rd party inspection service for belts or clients with multiple short-length belts in a conveying system. The mobile system can be easily and fast deployed for tasks on multiple targets. Inspection report and cord/splice track records with detailed belt cord information marking the position and defect severity/deterioration process are generated in both diagram and statistical table formats.
