INTRODUCTION
TST Steel Cord Conveyor Belt Tester (Online) is used for online monitoring and inspection of operating steel cord conveyor belts for cord damages/deformation/deterioration and splice damages/shift without interrupting the production. Inspection report and cord/splice track records with detailed belt cord information marking the position and defect severity/deterioration process are generated in both diagram and statistical table formats. Applications of belt online inspection include bulk material handling in open-pit/underground mining, cement and port industries.
