一、Introduction of IOT intelligent flaw detection cloud system.
TS-IOT02 Intelligent Flaw Detection Cloud System V3.0 is based on leading sensing technology and edge computing core, and provides data monitoring services for wire ropes in elevator scenarios in the form of IoT cloud centralized control, matching the full real-time TST-E2018 IoT cloud platform online monitoring and evaluation of elevator running status.
The system consists of elevator wire rope/steel belt IoT detection sensor, photoelectric floor sensor, door switch sensor , human body sensor, limit sensor, wireless bridge, elevator operation real-time monitoring system, cloud service platform and other parts.
The ES1000 elevator real-time monitoring system processes and judges the status of each sensor on the elevator, and then wirelessly transmits the data to the IoT detection sensor through the wireless bridge. The sensor collects the wire rope status, processes the elevator status data, and then sends it to the 4G Internet terminal through the network cable according to the corresponding communication protocol, and finally sends it to the cloud server.
