Wire rope flaw detection sensor: it is the basic technical unit of the system, designed to meet the requirements of mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe products, which is capable of accurately detecting the inside and outside of the wire rope damages, such as broken wires, abrasion, corrosion, fatigue, etc.

 

InfoBridge: it is the main technical product unit of the system, designed to meet the requirements of mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe requirements. It is installed near the sensor head for flaw detection, and realizes the following three functions: analysis and identification the inspection data, calculating the wire rope length in order to achieve the information interconnection.

 

Tachometer: it meets the requirements of mine explosion-proof products. Associated with the running of steel wire rope to calculate the the length and flaw location.

 

Console unit: the terminal station for system master command control, information processing, calculation analysis, storage and output, with single set and single station configuration, installed and used on the ground.
